Community development and social capital building
 

  • Social Mobilization: It includes community consultative processes, village mapping for livelihood support agriculture and livestock specific needs.
  • Hiring of Social Mobilization Partners: Provision of sustainable service delivery mechanism through Locally based Indigenous Organizations (LIOs).
  • Institutionalization of Local Indigenous Groups (LIGs): Capacity building of LIGs to optimize efficiency, transparency through creation of Economic Interest Groups, value chain growth streams by an umbrella Capacity Building and Supervisory Consortium, with an aim to form the FATA Rural Support Program.
